Have you ever met an overweight Chinese? No? This question fickles many people. It is interesting to learn the secrets of ancient Chinese cooks and use them in our daily cooking routine. Perhaps we do something wrong and that’s why our problem of excessive weight appear. In the Chinese culture they disapprove of overeating but they also nave no such concept as “healthy food”.
